Bolero smoked paprika (or pimento, as it is known in Spain) is made from the dried, ground pods of capsicum anum grown in the mountous south west. A rich, mellow flavoured spice with a brilliant red colour. For a exceptional patatas bravas, fry onion and garlic in Bolero smoked paprika with olive oil chilli and tomatoes. Add to delicious cripspy roasted potatoes. Good in potato and fish dishes and in bean or chickpea stews.
