Causley Fresh ship to Australian addresses only.
Shipping is a flat rate of $10 for all orders under $100. Orders over $100 are shipped free of charge. Shipping is added automatically at the checkout.
We aim to have orders processed and dispatched within 2 business days of receipt.
Causley Fresh offers an “Express Post” option at the checkout. Express Post is a flat rate of $20 independent of order value.
Express Post; orders are dispatched the same day if received by 1pm or the following day if received after 1 pm. We choose the courier that we believe will provide the fastest service. If, for any reason, we cannot meet these goals you will be contacted immediately.
Once shipped you will be notified by email and provided a tracking number if applicable.
Out of Stocks
Causley Fresh will endeavour to ensure that all goods ordered by you are dispatched within 2 business days of receipt of your order. If an item is out of stock you will be contacted within that period advising you of any potential delay in the delivery of your order. If you find the delay unacceptable we can offer alternative, comparable products or a refund of the out of stock item or a refund of the entire order.
Order Changes or Cancellations
We strive to process orders quickly. If you wish to cancel or change an order you should contact us immediately. If your order has not yet been dispatched we will try to accommodate your request.
If a product is received in a damaged condition or does not match what was described on our web site please contact us via email within 24 hours of receiving your goods and provide a brief description of the issue and a photo for verification.
You will be contacted by phone or email regarding the best solution to the problem which may include a refund, dispatch of replacement products or alternative products.
