Gwydir Grove Agrumato (the Italian word meaning "with citrus") oils are created in the traditional method by processing the fresh citrus fruits and the fresh olives together. The citrus oil is extracted from the skin of the fruit at the same time as the oil is extracted from the olive. It has been skillfully blended by Margi Kirkby and Jenni Birch, both accredited tasters and members of the Australian Olive Association Organoleptic Panel. Gwydir Grove Blood Orange Agrumato is sensational in salads and with meats, such as pork, chicken and duck, which go so beautifully with the flavour of the orange.

I make a huge Blood Orange Cake for special occasions and this is the best oil to use and is essential even tho' a small amount is used. The other oils in this range from this producer are excellent also.
